short-listing of ' best options' which fit our norms framework.
3. Arrangement of necessary site visits and
meetings and providing advice to client with complete information
on legalities, municipal regulations, market practices and trends.
4. Facilitating the 'matching of minds ' between
the buyer and the seller or licensor and licensee; following
negotiations through till the agreement is executed and the property
is handed over.
5. Property Management in case the client is
not from Pune. This includes supervsion of underconstruction
