      Kaypee Shelters offers value-added Property Management Services to Clients. Here we    offer    the following services to our Outstation Clients.

   1. Renting out of Residential / Commercial Properties.
   2. Collection of monthly rent and Depositing the same in respective bank accounts.
   3. Furnishing the apartments
   4. Laisioning with Painters, Plumbers etc.
   5. Pest Control
   6. Payment of Electricity and telephone bills.

    We have a list of clients who have entrusted us with renting out their apartments
     / offices   to    corporate. Since they are not locally available we undertake the     responsibility of letting  out their    properties to suitable tenant's. More over the monthly    rent cheques are also  deposited in their    accounts.

   You can appoint us as your authorized brokers to deal for your property in Pune.

   PROFESSIONAL CHARGES

   Our Professional charges are equivalent to 2 months rent for a period of 12 months each in    case the property is to be rented out alongwith maintenance.

   Or

  Our Professional charges are equivalent to 10% of the value of the property in case of   maintenance of the property only.
